Remembering Clarity

I’m listening to The Clarity Activator at the moment.

Not as a task.
Not as something to “work through”.
Just listening, letting it wash over me while I make a cup of tea, while I breathe, while I notice my body soften.

I’ve invested in coaching over the last few years, different mentors, different approaches, all valuable in their own way. And recently, a few conversations with someone new gently led me here. Not with force. Not with persuasion. Just a quiet nudge that felt like remembering rather than learning.

What keeps landing for me is this:

Clarity isn’t something we create.
It’s what’s left when we stop interfering.

Like muddy water settling when left alone, the mind naturally clears when we stop trying to manage it.

The Wooman doesn’t chase clarity.
She allows it to return.

Where in your life might you be stirring the water, simply out of habit?
