You Are Always Feeling Your Thinking


This one lands quietly and then changes everything.
I am not feeling my life.
I am feeling my thinking, in this moment.
Not my past.
Not my future.
Not other people.
Not circumstances.
Just thought, moving through awareness.
I’ve sat in many coaching conversations over the years, as a client and as a space holder, and I’ve seen how freeing this realisation can be. When we see that feelings come from the inside, blame loosens. Fear softens. Control relaxes.
